Kevin Crouch began serving as senior pastor of Ryker’s Ridge in December 2015. He and his wife, Melinda, met during new student orientation at Southeastern Seminary and were married the following year. They are now the parents of four growing boys. Kevin came to know the Lord Jesus as a college student in Tampa, Florida. He is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity, 2008) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Doctor of Philosophy, 2014). Prior to coming to Ryker’s Ridge, Kevin served as an associate pastor in Arizona.

Mark Lee has had several roles at RRBC since joining our staff in 2006.  Mark took on the role of Director of Educational Resources (DOER) in 2018, and as RRBC's DOER, he is one of the biggest "DOERS" around! His most recent role beginning in 2021, Mark became our new Associate Pastor.  He has pastored in other contexts, and provides frequent teaching & preaching to edify and evangelize all who walk through our doors. Mark is married to Carol Lee, who is also involved in many other aspects at RRBC, and they have three children with three grandchildren. Mark has ben a resident of Madison all his life, and has a heart for the community. When he isn't busy with all of his other duties, you might just find him plucking on his banjo with a big grin on his face! 

Mary joined our staff in November of 2019.  She and her husband, Jim, met as high school juniors in New Albany, Indiana.  As young adults, they both came to accept Jesus as their Savior and were baptized shortly after.  Moving several times in their first few years of marriage they settled in the Madison area with their first child in 1990.  In 1992 they moved to the Ryker’s Ridge community where they joined RRBC.  When all three of their children were attending elementary school, she joined the RRBC staff in 2002. In 2005 to 2008 Mary, Jim, and their two youngest children moved overseas as Jim joined an expansion project team for his employer.  After being home again for 6 years, Mary and Jim had the opportunity from the same employer to return overseas for another three years.  They returned home again to the Ryker’s Ridge church and community in 2017.  They now have three grandchildren.  Mary serves in several areas in our church ministries and is excited to be part of our staff again.
