Kevin Crouch - Senior Pastor

Kevin Crouch began serving as senior pastor of Ryker’s Ridge in December 2015. He and his wife, Melinda, met during new student orientation at Southeastern Seminary and were married the following year. They are now the parents of four growing boys. Kevin came to know the Lord Jesus as a college student in Tampa, Florida. He is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity, 2008) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Doctor of Philosophy, 2014). Prior to coming to Ryker’s Ridge, Kevin served as an associate pastor in Arizona.

Kaleb Malcom - Pastoral Intern & Musical Worship Coordinator

Kaleb Malcom is RRBC's Pastoral Intern for Youth and Musical Worship Coordinator, and has been joyfully serving as intern since the Fall of 2016 with the music responsibilities following in 2018. Kaleb's areas of service are coordinating/leading the musical worship, teaching/preaching, and various other things. He is happily married to Kacie Malcom, the girl he was convinced was out of his league (which he still thinks!). They have two sons named Oliver and Owen and a daughter named Zoey. Kaleb is currently pursuing his Bachelors Degree, with the intention of obtaining his M.Div.

Kaleb also has a deep-seated love for craft coffee, theology, and music.

Mark Lee - Custodian and Director of Educational Resources (DOER)

Mark Lee has been the custodian here at RRBC since joining our staff in 2006. Additionally, Mark took on the role of Director of Educational Resources (DOER) in 2018, and as RRBC's DOER, he is one of the biggest "DOERS" around! He has pastored in other contexts, and provides frequent teaching & preaching to edify and evangelize all who walk through our doors. Mark is married to Carol Lee, who is also involved in many other aspects at RRBC, and they have three children with three grandchildren. Mark has been a resident of Madison all of his life, and has a heart for the community. When he isn't busy with all of his other duties, you might just find him plucking on his banjo with a big grin on his face!
